GraceandLace : The Miss Molly - Off-white Slouchy Button Down Leg Warmers w/ Ivory Knit Lace

I first heard about GraceandLace through Ingrid aka missglamorazzi. After her raving about them and showing them off (see the video here)... I too fell in love and put the GraceandLace legwarmers and boot-socks on my wishlist. They stayed on my wishlist for quite a while till finally this year I decided to splurge when they had a 20% off sale after Christmas. I couldn't be happier!

I'm in the processes of moving and I'm so glad I didn't pack these up! After all this 70 degree weather there is more snow on the way. I'm actually wearing these now, hehe :]

The material is super silky soft, non-scratchy, and has a nice thickness to it! These leg warmers will keep your lower legs to part of your feet nice and warm. I typically wear these around my room or in boots since I don't want to white dirty. Maybe I should have ordered a darker color but I love how the wooden buttons standout against the cream color. The lace on the top is crocheted and adds a nice touch.  Not only are these soft and warm but I think they are so adorable! I love wearing mine with leggings.

Another thing I love about GraceandLace is that everything is handmade and the products are high quality. These leg warmers retail for $34.00 and I honestly think they are worth the price. Not only are you getting a handmade item but your getting something made well and built to last.

I usually wait till they have their 20% off sales (usually around the holidays). I also just purchased a leg warmer and a lacey boot sock for only 10.00 a piece during their clearance sale! I follow GraceandLace on Facebook and occasionally they will have a flash sale of discounted items with imperfections or defects. They go super fast so you have to be quick because quantities are limited! I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to the imperfections but he lacey boot socks looked amazing and I couldn't spot any imperections. The leg warmers had a large broken seam which I think I can mend :] for the price you really can't beat it! Will do a blog post about those soon as well.

GraceandLace originated on Etsy and you can find their shop here. They have become pretty popular over the past year and now have their own website here. They offer so many cute items and are constantly expanding. If I could buy everything.... I probably would :]

Have you heard of GraceandLace?

Much love

Stila Color Me Glossy Lip Glaze Set - Stila Lip Glaze in Dazzle Berry

For the holiday season I decided to get the Stila Color Me Glossy Lip Glaze Set to split up between friends and family. I had never tried any of the Stila Lip Glazes so I decided to grab two out of the bunch for myself to review and try out. I'm so glad I did!

After trying Dazzle Berry, I have now fallen in love with the Stila Lip Glazes! First off, I love this color. It's a beautiful deep berry wine color with red shimmer. It leans a little purple which looks amazing with my coloring. I don't think dazzle-berry was a permanent shade but when I run I out... I just hope it becomes one soon! I have to repurchase this once I use it all.

Next: texture. The texture is perfect. It's an amazing combination of being not too sticky and not too creamy. It feels great on my lips and isn't drying at all. Any lip product that dries my lips, I don't reach for and I reach for the Stila Lip Glazes all the time.

It also wears a good long while and after it has wore off a bit, it leaves your lips lightly stained. In the pictures above, I have applied a very thin layer of dazzle-berry. The Lip Glazes also smell amazing- like sweet candy.

I quite like the packaging as well. You spin the bottom of the tube to click the product up through the brush. It's very convenient unless you accidentally click up too much product. I've been very careful not to because I don't want to waste any! The brush makes the gloss really easy to apply.

Everything about this product draws me in. I have nothing bad I want to say about this lip glaze. I want more! Unfortunately individual Lip Glazes run for $22.00. I think it's a bit high so it would definitely be a treat if I purchase anymore. Maybe I'll just have to wait for more gift-sets :]

Belks Haul : Spring Sweater #4 - Pink Rose Lacey Sweatshirt

Belks had a ton of cute, airy, spring sweaters on the clearance rack. Score!

I found this cute lacey sweatshirt for only $12.00! It's by Pink Rose in the color heather grey and ivory. The color is perfect for spring. I've been gravitating towards light, clean, colors and obviously... lace. The best part about this sweatshirt? The lace shoulders! It turns this plain sweatshirt into something delicate and girly. Not to mention, it's super comfy. The inside is a soft terry cloth material. This sweatshirt is nice and light weight perfect for chilly spring days.
Here's some close-ups of the beautifully mixed texture and material :

It was marked down to $14.99 but I then got an extra 20-30% marked off which brought it to $12.00. You can find an almost identical sweatshirt on Tobi for over triple the price HERE. I love Tobi but sometimes the prices are a bit high and I can usually find the same products for way less in stores or at F21.

If you have a Belks near you be sure to stop by and check the clearance rack! You may find some great deals for this up and coming spring ;]

Questions, comments, and advice is welcome! Have a lovely week everyone!

Belks Haul : Spring Sweaters #2 and #3 - Love Always Stripe Pull On Sweater

The weather here in NC has been teasing us! One day we'll have a beautiful 70 degree day and the next day it drop to 50 degrees or lower. It is driving me nuts because I just need some warm weather in my life. Hopefully spring is on it's way!

I found two beautiful sweaters on the clearance rack. I tried one on, loved it, and had to pick it up in the second color. The first one I grabbed was this sweater in mint and cream. I got it for around $12 and now you can find it online for $4.99 (link at the bottom)!

It's super light and airy. I couldn't believe how soft the fabric was! This is the main reason I had to get two. It is so incredibly comfortable. If I could I would wear this 24/7. The back of the sweater offers a nice little surprise as well. It has a beautiful, intricate, mesh/ crocheted V detail. I think it makes this sweater so girly and delicate. When you wash you have to lay this flat and lightly iron the crocheted detail so that it doesn't stick up around the edges. The sweater comes up in the front and hangs lower in the back which is super flattering. Since the fabric is so light, it is sheer. Looks great with a nude bra, a cute lace bandeau, or layered with a tank/ cami.

Both sweaters were 14.99 clearance but I got an extra 20 or 30% off which brought it to around 12 or 11 dollars. Guess they are trying to get rid of the cooler weather clothes.

I also had to pick up the black and cream one! It looks a little better on me. The mint one washes me out a bit since I'm so pale from winter.

I think the pretty crocheted detail adds a lovely contrast with the dark stripes.

You can find it HERE on the Belks website and it's reduced even further to only $4.99! Darn maybe I should have gotten it online! It also come in a tan color.

Questions, comments, and advice welcome! Happy Monday everyone!

Belks Haul : Spring Sweater #1 - Red Camel Crochet Trim Pull Over

Lets just say... I've been doing quite a bit of 'retail therapy'. More than I should actually.. but much needed.

I went into Belks and saw they had a ton of cute, airy, spring sweaters on the clearance rack. Score!

The first sweater I picked up was not actually clearanced but still on sale. I just love the crocheted shoulders and back. Plus, the white, airy, fabric makes it perfect for spring or chilly summer nights. I think this would look super cute pulled over a summer dress as well. White goes with (almost) everything! The sweater is super soft as well :]

The fabric is just lovely! It is nicely textured which gives it that vintage look that I love. Since it is so light and airy, it is a bit sheer. Looks great with a nude bra, a pretty lace bandeau, or a cami. The crocheted part has pretty little daisy's.

Definitely taking this to the beach in a few weeks!

I got it on sale for 29.99 USD.

It comes in cream and mint. I also sized up because I wanted it nice and loose. I also wanted a bit of length. You can still find it on sale HERE. Brand is : Red Camel.

Hope everyone had a awesome weekend! More sweaters to come! Maybe this will give you some ideas for light and pretty sweaters for the coming spring? I'm so excited for nice weather :]
